The short version
heyflowers lets you customise a gift template and share it as a link. We keep as little about you as we can get away with: an email address so you can sign in, and a record of the gifts you've made. That's it.
What we store
- Your email address — so you can sign in and get back to your work. If you use Google sign-in, Google tells us your email address and name.
- Your gifts — the template used, a title, and the share link, so they show up in your profile.
- Basic visit counts — the page visited, where you arrived from, and your browser type. We use this to see whether anyone's using the site.
Drafts you haven't sent stay in your own browser's storage, on your device. Clearing your browser data deletes them.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
- We don't run advertising or third-party tracking pixels.
- We never see your password. Sign-in is handled by Supabase.
Who else is involved
Two services make this site work: Supabase handles accounts and stores your data, and Vercel serves the website. Both can see the technical information needed to do that job. If you sign in with Google, Google is involved in that step too.
Photos, music and video you upload
Files you add to a gift are embedded in the gift itself rather than kept in a public gallery. Because they travel inside the share link, anyone holding that link can see them. Please don't upload anything you'd be upset to have seen by someone the link gets forwarded to.
Deleting your account
Email heyflowerscam@gmail.com and we'll delete your account and everything attached to it. Links you've already shared will keep working, because the content is inside the link and not something we can reach.
Children
heyflowers isn't intended for children under 13.
Terms of use
Use heyflowers to make gifts for people. Don't use it to harass anyone, to impersonate someone, or to share anything illegal or that you don't have the rights to. We can suspend accounts that do.
Pricing. There's no subscription. Building a gift and previewing it costs nothing; you pay $1 once, for that gift, when you want its link. Nothing recurring, nothing to cancel.
The honest bit. This is a small, new site run by one person. It's provided as-is, without guarantees of uptime, and gift links depend on the site staying online. Please keep your own copy of anything you'd hate to lose.
Your work is yours. We claim no ownership over the gifts you make. The templates, artwork and code stay ours.
